Consumer mediation for the amicable resolution of a dispute
In accordance with Article L 211-3 of the Consumer Code, consumers in relation to our company have the right to have recourse free of charge to the consumer mediator within one year of the attempt to resolve the dispute amicably by means of a written complaint previously sent to SAS S&J Domini Immobilier located at 42 rue Decamps 75016 Paris. Thus, it is possible to refer the matter to the consumer mediator appointed by Domini Immobilier, the Association of European Mediators (AME CONSO) who can be contacted: – either by completing the form provided for this purpose on the AME CONSO website: www.mediationconso-ame.com – or by letter addressed to the AME CONSO, 11 Place Dauphine – 75001 PARIS. All Mediation costs are the responsibility of Domini Immobilier. The referral to the AME CONSO Consumer Mediator is therefore free of charge for the consumer. The terms of this mediation are set out in Articles L 611-1 et seq. and R 612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
Any consumer who refers the matter to the AME CONSO must be able to justify that he or she has previously tried unsuccessfully to resolve his or her dispute directly with our company. Otherwise, the referral to the mediator cannot be favourably received.
