GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. The domini network and its agent commercial agent do not receive any funds, title, effect or value from its customers at the time of booking.
2. Our rates are written including all taxes at the VAT rate in force included, except for professional and commercial real estate.
3. The commercial agent of the domini network is not authorised to draw up a preliminary contract, a sales agreement, a rental lease or an inventory of fixtures. Such documents binding on the parties can be drawn up by a notary, a bailiff or a lawyer.
4. Our fees are expressed in euros including VAT and are due: – For a real estate sale: at the conclusion of the authentic deed of sale at the notary – For a residential rental: on the day the rental lease is signed
5. Our fees are paid directly to domini by the client or the Principal provided for in the mandate contract or on the preliminary contract against delivery of a fee invoice duly made out to the debtor.
6. In accordance with the legislation in force, agency fees may be paid by the seller or the buyer. This distribution will be indicated in a transparent manner in the sales or purchase mandate and specified in the corresponding real estate advertisement. The amount of the fees, expressed All Taxes Included (TTC), will be calculated either on a lump sum basis or on a percentage of the sale price of the property. This information will be visible and legible on all our communication media in accordance with the legal obligations set by the Alur law.
7. In agreement with the seller or at his request, the amount of the fees may be negotiated downwards after studying and analysing the case entrusted to take into account the characteristics of the property, the market or the difficulties of the mission.
