Né un jour de Février de l’an de grâce 1960, j’ai aujourd’hui un âge qui s’il n’induit pas forcément la sagesse, implique à coup sûr une certaine expérience.
J’ai effectué mes premiers pas à Cannes, j’effectuerais peut-être les derniers avec une canne… mais dans cette attente, je vous propose de chiner avec moi le bien qui vous comblera de bonheur, et si vous préférez vendre je saurais présenter votre bien accompagné de mes connaissances dans l’immobilier mais aussi dans la construction, les aménagements et la décoration, pour exploiter tout son potentiel.
Après des études de droit et de comptabilité, mon besoin de bouger m’a conduit sur une très longue carrière de professeur d’Arts Martiaux. Je n’ai pas appris à rédiger un compromis de vente lors de cette période, mais j’ai appris l’écoute, la discipline et la rigueur, et ces vertus m’imposent de traiter chacune des parties mises en relation avec honnêteté, franchise, respect, sérieux, équité, ainsi qu’à leur donner le meilleur de moi-même. Pour ma part, une transaction n’est vraiment réussie que lorsque les deux intervenants sont pleinement satisfaits.
Homme de dossier je m’engage à vous aider durant l’ensemble de votre parcours, de la recherche à la signature (même s’il m’est arrivé de poursuivre mes conseils au-delà en matière de travaux d’aménagement.) Vous ne trouverez peut-être pas beaucoup de biens sur ma page, car je préfère traiter peu de dossiers mais m’y consacrer pleinement.
